Due to the increased demands for qualified workers in the Health Care Field, Governor Rendell has designated November 9th -- 13th as Health Careers Week in Pennsylvania.
Health Care Awareness Day
Students, Educators, Professionals and Community Members are Welcome to Attend!
In an effort to promote career opportunities in health care, the Chester County Workforce Investment Board and it’s partners will host a Health Care Career Awareness Event to raise awareness of the critical skill shortages in the Health Care Industry. Throughout the day Health Care Professionals will be available to discuss career opportunities within their organizations, provide small group presentations exploring several different health care career paths, and the simulation lab will be open for touring.
